Hmmmm. The Girl has a "snow day" today, and it just started snowing at around 9:30am. Seems wrong to me. I know, I know, the weather will be bad later in the day, when they would all be going home, but I feel like there should be actual, well, SNOW when there is a snow day.
I'm sure I'll be eating my words (just not the yellow snow) later.

It is now 1:48PM, and I just measured and we have, let me see, NO snow on the ground. I'm glad I can "work from home" and didn't need to take a vacation day for this "Snow" day.
ReplyDeleteLMAO - The Young One had one of those days in early January. Oh, a HUGE storm was on the way, we were all going to be buried alive, so they called off school and all related activities for the next day.
ReplyDeleteBy the end of the next day, we had approximately 1/1000th of an inch of snow on the ground. Yup; been there, done that.
